    As a Health and Wellness Promotion major with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, everything your saying about cardio, motivation, and people not training hard enough couldn’t be more correct. Everything we learn from motivational interviewing(find something they love- no 1 way of doing cardio) and training harder each time(progressive overload) in any aspect in life will make you a stronger in any dimension of wellness. Thank you for actually taking the time out of your day to post real shit.     @Dee R-R-R-RASTA It isn't just cardio. It's calories in calories out. Cardio can help a person get to a calorie deficit, unless they are eating crap all day. Doing a lot of cardio and eating a lot of calories...not gonna work!...I used to try to train fat ladies. They would do the workout, do the cardio and then head to Wendy's because they "earned it" and they lost no pounds and couldn't figure it out. I don't train people anymore because I got so sick of the stupidity. If you think doing an hour of cardio will offset a biggie meal at Wendys, then you are a complete moron and deserve to be fat! There!

    Thanks to Greg I now eat food that taste great and low calorie also. No one wants to live on f@cking kale chips and rice cake. Also cardio works. Trust me your endurance and energy level will go through the roof of you do them often with a sensible diet plan.

I lost soooo much weight after having a kid, I focused in 40min run everyday no excuses and tonsss of ab workouts, squats, to rebuild the stomach, took me 2 years... because when you have a kid the muscle is destroyed... now I have definition!     Thank you so much for such an informative video. I used to have an eating disorder so I'm trying to do things right. I freakING LOVE CARDIO!     This is the video I've been waiting for! I LOVE cardio! But I kept hearing its what causes belly fat and isn't overall good. They all say if you love it do it! It may cause weight loss short term but isn't good for long term??? This never made sense! This video is amazing, hilariousand everything I questioned with weight trainers.     I have to admit that I am the type to look at a bunch of videos but never press the like button or the bell or subscribe.     I'm with you on almost everything but I don't agree you don't need to lift weights.. nobody needs to lift very heavy weights but I think strength training is very important especially later in life to make sure you retain bone density to prevent osteoporosis

    Not realistic? Before covid lockdowns, id worn almoat 40 hours a week, play videl games for a few hours a day most days(not all) and atill got in 6 to 8 hours of cardio a week. Plus stremgth training An hour a day is very doable

    This is one is particularly hilarious. I watch all Coach Gregs' vids at 1.75 - 2 times the speed, with subtitles on. Way better. That chick is mental. Greg is spot on. Her reasons or biggest mistakes were all invalid, EXCEPT for the intense cardio prior to weights.

    I loath cardio, but I still put two hours in four to five days a week. Because it's important for my sport and life. And she scoff's at 20 miles. Infuriating. 20 miles is a great cardio and calorie burn session.

    Hey Greg, I’ve been a sub for over a year, since you’ve had around 400-500K subs Used to be a lifter. Then COVID hit and it stopped me going to the gym and I found a new passion for running. I couldn’t even run half a mile without being winded. Thank you for the motivation on cardio as well. I’ve completed dozens of 5Ks and a few 10Ks I’m going for my first half this month. While watching your videos and adding in the French toast and popcorn, from last January to now I’m down 25 pounds. 187 to 162 standing at 5’5”. I still got about 15 pounds to go to reach my goal. Thank you for all of your videos. In the short year watching your FREE VIDEOS, I’ve made a bigger change in my body than from anyone else. You’re the real MVP. Thanks coach greg.

    Thank you Greg for making videos and sharing your knowledge with us. I watch your videos while I do cardio 3 hours a day, everyday; 1 hour of rowing and 2 hours of walking on the treadmill with incline 15 2 miles per hour. I do it slow now coz walking 3.5 to 6.5 miles per hour made me hungrier. I used to do weights before for one hour but the scale wasn’t moving so I listened to you and now i’m Finally losing more weight. Thank you again. May you have more views, subbies and more people buying your books.
