    Part 2 With the right roids you can easily put on 15 pounds of muscle in 3 months and that's not memory muscle. These are low side roids. And when you go on another roid cycle you can easily put on another 15 pounds of new muscle in 3 months you just have to stack correctly with safe low side cycles most people do it wrong. You can easily put on 50 pounds of solid muscle in a year. Starting on gear on a good year long cruise no breaks or PCT you can put on massive muscle like this it will taper off and that's when you get into low side stacks that need a PCT I know a good 6 month low side stack. But you don't start off with them, a year long cruise alone will get 3000 to 5000 Total Testosterone levels. I still recommend atleast 2 years of solid natural training, most guy's natural training including strength athletes is extremely weak they lift very weakly and take 10 years what takes like 5 months it's pathetic. Just in the first two years of natural lifting you can put on 25 pounds of solid muscle if you work out 5 days a week full body almost all weeks a year in the maximal poundage range of 12 rep max 80% of 1 rep max. Most guys are taking insane amounts of roids and they can barely get the same gains in strength and muscle as good naturals in their first year of training most of these guys that roid you can't tell by looking at them, they take 1-3 month stacks that are way too strong high sides, it's like man what the fuck. You have to take in the right calorie amounts, carbohydrate amounts, and overall macro ratio, and you have to properly work the muscles in the 12 rep max 80% of 1 rep max, in maximal poundage range with an RPE of 10 preferably (but for many RPE 8 will suffice) because you can only put on that muscle by properly stimulating it in the maximal poundage range of the Fast Twitch Type IIA muscle fibers. So many roid but they don't work in maximal poundages, they will only do 8 reps at 67% of 1 rep max not hitting the ideal range of Type IIA muscle fibers that account for 80% of muscular hypertrophy as in 80% of muscular size so they're taking in good amounts of roids with 3000 total testosterone levels but since they don't hit that stimulus they don't get continued muscular growth, instead of proper lifting poundages they then take extra roids to keep increasing the amount and fuck up their heart while not getting nearly as much of muscular growth. 1-4 rep maxes 94% to 100% can act as a catalyst because as you up your 4 rep maxes it increases how much you can hit in 12 rep maxes 80% of 1 rep max, but in themselves 1-4 rep maxes only work the Type IIB muscle fibers for pure strength that only account for 20% of muscular size. Rest only 1 minute inbetween each set use a stopwatch every time. If you can't hit 12 rep max 80% switch to dumbbells and machines and you should be able to hit that range. Also have a 3 month period of just 30 rep maxes every set (I think is 60% of 1 rep max) of every lift 1 minute rest inbetween each lift at first you may have to start with the 45 pound bar, far below 60%, and then work your way back up over the months for perfect consistency of 30 rep max every set of every lift getting to averaging 60% of 1 rep max, or it could be higher than that percentage I don't know the exact number. This range works the slow twitch muscle fibers at their heaviest range so it doesn't give muscle hypertrophy in itself, but it puts such a workload on the body the 12 rep max 80% are greatly augmented by them 15 pounds of solid muscle in a month even natural may be possible doing this. This back tracks to work on secondary muscles and more thoroughly working the main muscles also strengthening joints and ligaments. A lot of areas of most muscles are dormant this wakes up to build the mind muscle connection. It also greatly increases consistency and recovery of 12 rep max 80% to hit heavier poundages much more consistently hitting overall the goal 12 rep max rep range in all sets and recovering much faster on it without nearly as much strain on the muscle. It seriously saves a decade in mishaps and conditioning also preventing possible injuries so 3 solid months replaces 10 years of training it gives far more than it takes to do this, and so it is a priority.

    Part 1 My guess is he'll gain 5.58 pounds of fat to 15 pounds of fat in those 3 months but to estimate that it depends how many activities he does in a day because taking in 3000 calories a day (which is more than 168g protein, 80g fat, and 190g carbs, 2152 calories) he may only have 208 extra calories to 567 extra calories a day above his daily calorie burn if so that's 5.58 pounds of fat to 15 pounds of fat gain in 3 months but if he does enough activities to burn another 208-567 extra calories then he won't gain any fat. That is if he was 120 pounds fat free lean body mass to 140 pounds fat free lean body mass. You can estimate to the degree to put on no fat, and either way you can put on decent muscle. Usually people put on more muscle when they put on more fat because they take in enough calories and carbohydrates to support the muscle gain, and when they don't take in extra calories they don't take in enough calories and carbohydrates to support muscle gain. If they estimate it correctly they can take in enough calories without putting on any fat and put on just as much muscle most people get this wrong. If he is 154 pounds 5'9" (which is what social media says) he looks 6% bodyfat (but isn't ripped or cut to that degree because he hasn't developed the muscle mass) he would require atleast 2606 calories a day (which means his metabolism has lowered with his 2152 calorie intake and low carb intake), ideally he would eat in the calorie range of his goal muscle gain so add another 15 pounds of muscle to the calorie burn and that is 2876 calories a day. Taking in 3000 calories a day at most that's 261 extra calories a day which at the most could put on 7 pounds of fat in 3 months and that's really watching your stuff closely. If you do too many extra activities to prevent bodyfat beyond 2 hours a day it can cause too much of a glycogen deficit reversing muscle gain, lowering metabolism, catabolizing muscle, and lowering total testosterone, 7 pounds of fat gain won't hurt and might not take place anyway. You have to be very precise in the calorie intake by properly tracking fat free lean body mass, if you're off by 20 pounds under or over this can really screw up the results such as too much fat gain and not enough muscle gain or even a lot of muscle loss. You can't just go by looking at the person, you need a bodyweight scale and bodyfat device to look at their bodyweight, bodyfat percentage, in order to get their fat free lean body mass you go by fat free lean body mass not 99.6% of the time, not 99.999999% of the time, but 100% of the time. That is probably too low of carb for him I'd say to up it to 302g range, it could be less that all depends on his exact fat free lean body mass after subtracting bodyfat from bodyweight his calorie intake and carb intake would be tallied based on his goal increase of 15 pounds of muscle gain so it would be his lean body mass + 15 and that amount multiplied by 18 for daily total calorie intake but if he is more active than 2 hours a day he may need more calories it depends on how many activities a person does a day 3000 calories will more than cover this. That is just with a seated desk job every day (80% of the work force have seated or non-moving jobs), if he has a moving job he will require a lot more calories daily. The 2 hours of fitness a day doesn't burn that many calories in comparison, but doing extra cycling or hiking etc. every day a lot of people do a few hours extra of this daily it makes the food bill a lot more expensive, people usually don't take in enough calories when doing it, they lose muscle, and so that's why it's recommended to just do 2 hours of fitness a day and not go over. Vitamins and minerals can make a huge difference for vitality and muscle gain I know the specific vitamins and minerals, much of which is more obscure, for this and to get it cheaply it can help a lot but it won't build your muscle for you. It can greatly aid with the much more noticeable better vitality. If you take the right ones it make a huge noticeable difference. 4 of those supplements aren't necessary at all and just cost extra money. The other supplements he can get in a combined supplement that's a lot cheaper. Those 5 supplements are good for health but they won't make a big difference in muscle gain, I know much better health supplements than that but it won't build your muscle for you. Cysteine is good for health I may know of much more powerful glutathione raising supplements, it might not give sufficient amounts, but in higher amounts glutathione has a serious antioxidant effect on the body. Co-Q10 is excellent for heart health and most pros with their heart attacks are badly deficient in it. Zinc is very important I think 25mg a day makes a big difference. Quercetin doesn't do anything. Apple Cider Vinegar is good for digestion that's just about it may not be necessary. Cinnamon is good for digestion that's it. SAMe doesn't do anything. Resveratrol is very healthy. Vitamin D is very good excellent in that quantity of 10,000IU a day good for total testosterone but in itself may not make a big enough difference. I know with the right cheap combination of health supplements to increase total testosterone from 300 to 800 the 800 range has a huge increase in muscle and strength gains. TRT doesn't replace this because it's a natural way of raising it giving other benefits, now combine that with TRT, TRT in itself brings Testosterone to 1500 levels I think and it will give far better benefits, or combine it with good gear and it greatly assists while gear give 3000-5000 Testosterone levels the natural boost of testosterone from the cheap combination of health supplements (you can't possibly get this from whole foods) makes a big difference on the body's vitality also helping the body supply itself with it's own production of testosterone to buffer the zap from artificially induced testosterone so it makes a big difference.     When I was a freshman i benched 90 pounds I weighed about 95 pounds when I was a senior 4 years later I weighed 125 and benched 300 but also worked my ass off and yes I could do back flips my senior year and I had great genetics no way somebody can gain 15 pounds of muscle in 3 months goodnluck 15 pounds in 4 years

    I gained 17 lbs my first semester at college but that's because I ate like 3x more the food than I usually ate and lifted heavy weights so I could pass my strength plateau. But also I was at the highest body fat percentage I'd ever been at in my life. I didnt eat clean by any means, I just ate whatever I could to gain as much weight as possible in order to lift heavier, and I also drank those store bought protein shakes but I didnt use any other supplements like creatine just because i don't want to rely on that cycle
