    Guys. lost a lot of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'm going to give you some advice right now. Get a popular fat burn secrets called Custokebon Secrets (just google it). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of fat. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever.     Quarantine has saved me from a wheelchair. I couldn't work out and sat on youtube watching fitness videos. Turns out I squatted with rounded back, deadlifted without neutral spine and did overhead press with some anterior pelvic tilt posture. Thank god I stopped this shit. My deadlift and squat dropped by 40% but I get much better workouts from using proper from. Drop your fucking ego guys.

    Most young weenies in the gym can out bench me now. Bench was my favorite until I hurt my shoulder. Used to compete, now can't even bench moderate weight. Even light weight hurts.

    There's one thing you are wrong about. I used to do sports all my life so i am used to training hard and so I trained 7 days a week 3 hours full body workout every day. Guess what happened. I got pain in the elbow, wrists, knees and my lifts were going down very soon and also my motivation for gym went down. So I didn't train for almost 2 weeks and then decided to train like this: day1 upper body day 2 lower body day3 skip day 4 medium intensity cardio(if you only want gains don't do it but I think I feel better if i do cardio at least 1x pw) day5 upper body day6 lower body day7 rest. After like 5 months of no improvement as I was overtraining I finally started to see new gains pretty fast and my motivation to workout went up and I just felt more rest during the day. So take this HARDER THAN LAST TIME with a grain of salt people. It really depends on the people. of course workout as hard as you can when you do but just don't do it 7days per week full body please save your time and mood.

    Mostly agree with this but what about all the research that points to natural spiking of human growth hormone while fasted? Sure if you're lean and attempting to gain mass, then maybe multiple meals works but not for someone with above 20% bodyfat. That's misleading. On top of that, melatonin has been shown to INCREASE insomnia, not cure it. There is no pill that can give you a good night's sleep, just take less stimulants.

    It's not about giving a GOOD night's sleep, it's about giving SLEEP , as in actually falling asleep , having any sleep is better than having none.

    I think sleep was your most important one. Not enough sleep throws your hormones off and if your like me you think oh sure hormones like testosterone or gender related but no it affects the hormones that tell your body "we are hungry eat more" and gives you less of the hormone that says "we are full and comfortable we don't have to eat more" It's also my biggest fault but we just have to try harder then last time to rest.

    Had my 5 meals today. Only got around 2000 cal. I have never been so full. 😩
