    My guy Greg is now my daily intake of training knowledge and cook guru. Anabolic French toast is now my go to breakfast and popcorn is a brilliant snack. Low calorie dense food Is the way to go. Also not restricting myself is the best advice I've ever been given. Even 1 chocolate biscuit or half a bar of chocolate isn't the end of the world and it stops me from binging.     Doc can you possibly do a video on foods/meals to eat preferably out of your cookbook 2.0 (which I bought and am lovin) on days when you’re a bottomless pit? Im having one of those days lol. So far I’ve had a protein crepe with 3 crepes greek yogurt lots of strawberries and blueberries and sugar free syrup, apple and pb fit with some sugar free waldens syrup, 3 😳 chicken wraps 1 egg wrap 2 low carb wraps spinach and other veggies low cal ranch and bbq sauce, and a pb fit n sugar free jam sandwich. Im thinking of a protein ice cream and another meal to finish out the day 😅

    For me, pre exhausting isn’t saving the hardest workout for last. For example, when I pre exhaust the tricep, I’ll just do two or three sets high reps of cable push downs and then right into skull crushers or close grip bench. So usually the hardest is 2nd not last

    Twice a week? I train every body part 3 times a week, is that too much? My upperbody workout is 5 sets of weighted pull ups + 4/5 sets of bend over dumbell rows for pulling, then I do 3 sets of incline dumbbell bench press+ 3 sets of dips and 3 sets of dumbbell shoulder press sometimes I also do some diamond push ups or some Korean dips to focus more on the triceps, is it right? Legs workout are way easier because I started running long distances and running with a pump is not very amusing, I do pistol squats, Nordic hip hinge, glute bridge and calf raise, everything with bodyweight only, I train to failure each exercises in a circuit after running, and usually I have sore quads and glutes, I surely need to intensify my hamstrings and calf workouts.

    Excellent advice Greg. Doing the hardest exercise first is how I exercise. It makes the workout more fun. Once the hardest exercise is done, it's all downhill and the sense of achievement is awesome!

    I can’t do the heavy sets first cause my body isn’t ready for it at the beginning of the work, my strength rises with each set of weights. For dumbbell benching I start off with 20 reps and 2 sets of 40 pound dumbbells, I work my way up by 10 pounds till I get to 70 pound dumbbells which is currently my max. I have tried doing heavy weights at the beginning of the work out but the weights feel heavier compared to when i do it the way I mentioned.

    Look, I've been weight training for 11 years now. In the past 3 years, I started hitting most muscles 4 times a week 4-5 sets each time. No matter how I try to tweak exercises or switch things up, some tendon, ligament, or joint ALWAYS starts hurting more and more after a couple months. My muscles seem like they can handle it, but not my joints/ other supportive/connective tissues cannot. Anyone else running into this issue?

    Mate, 4 times a week are for Juice heads. You need rest, focus, energy, and nerves to work hard :slowly, heavy weight, squeeze... Then twice a week is largely enough

    10:34 I realize strict-curls allow elbows to travel forward, but isn't it better to keep elbows pinned to the sides? When elbows come forward, forearms hit vertical & past, ie no weight on the biceps.

    It ain’t about the amount of weight ,got not much at all to do with anything,u better doing 2 plates on a deadlift and waiting 20 seconds and doing another one .instead of doing 450 and waiting five min and now you’re whole pump and momentum is gone ,like Ritch piana said forget fuckin numbers

    ok for the first time I agree with this clown except the rest thing, if you are training for strength you should be resting for at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes after a compound movement.

    Hi Greg! Amazing video! I was wondering if and hour of cardio every day is fine? Should I take a day off and just do weights? Some people say that weight lifting gets better results than daily cardio. A few years ago I did cardio and I thought I hit a plateau, however over the weekend four pounds came off in one day. Was this Ketosis?

    Great info brother. I've been lifting for almost 30 years and some of this I didn't know. The 40 second rule for size is huge. I'm going to use this on my weak points. Thank you
